Content Migration

I was the team lead for a content migration for Lowes.com, which involved search engine optimizing almost 1,000 articles and managing 3 team members as they worked through the project. We began with a content inventory and used the deliverable for that project to help us keep track of which articles had been put into the upgraded template. As part of this project, we also tagged each article with product and a new non-product content taxonomy. We were scheduled to complete the project in December of 2012, but we were proud to complete the project 3 months early.

In 2013, I was a team lead on a release of Lowe's new landing pages for non-product content and for the non-product content search results pages. This team researched the search results in a non-production environment and made appropriate changes to article tagging.
